Abstract

[The right vial: the story of a professional paradox]

In this paper is discussed a history of error and deception in medicine and nursing. We proceed to the discussion of the case using the method of analysis of bioethics systematic conceived by the Italian bioethicist Sandro Spinsanti. The error in drug delivery is a matter as frequent as prickly, but this case is a paradox because the error could have been avoided easily with a better communicative approach, as evidenced in our history.
